I had one and it shot great but traded it off and then picked up a barrel for the contender and it also shoots great. I did have a problem with the encore on misfires but found that the ammo was the problem, in loading my own have had no other problems with misfires.

My daughter has one in the encore, real tack driver, and has had good results on deer, I have one in the contender and have had misfires with Hornady ammo, but like deacon said after I reloaded my own no problem since. I really think it is a great round, low recoil ,and the five deer I've seen shot with it dropped in their tracks.

I have one (6.8 spc) it shoots great. You get 243 performance with alot less recoil.

Love mine. I have taken three does. Hornady 110gr V-Max zips right through them under a 100 yds.

I have a barrel on order for my G2.  I'm glad others are having good success with it.  I believed it would be a great walk around rifle and would also be capable of taking deer sized game.
Anyone used the Nosler Accubond bullet?  I believe they are 100 and 110 grains...
Yeah, I'm a rifle looney
