Picked up one in 300 WM and pleasantly surprised. Seems like I got one of the ones that has smooth action, decent trigger and shoots lights out. 75.5 gr RL-22 and 180 BT = 2950 fps = 3/4" groups at 100yds. Picked it up on the cheap in hopes to replace Sendero for high altitude hunting. Quite a bit lighter with similar features (full bedded block, synthetic stock Not kevlar but OK). Will see how it goes out to 400 in next few weeks.

I have a Weathershield model in 308 Winchester that I picked up last fall.  I have found it to be pretty darn accurate and not very picky.

I wish Thompson Center would make a special run of the Icon in 338-06 A-Square.  I like the fact that a person can achieve 3000 FPS velocity using a resized 30-06 Springfield case with a 338 caliber 180 grain bullet in a 24 inch barrel without exceeding standard pressure.
