hello what slugs work good in the encore 12 ga trying to save my arm dang that kicks

Lightfield Commander IDS worked for me.  I used the 3" but they kicked extremely hard.  Try the 2 3/4" for less pain.

I had helped Ed's contender's at some of the  gun shows where we had owners of 12 ga Encore slug barrels (people} trade for 20 gauage slug barrels because of the hard kicking problem. That 12 ga slug barrel is a hand full. If you don't have a flex tech stock get one. The flex tech stock will reduce kicking by 50 %. Hope that helps you.

thats on my list they do look nice  50% les recoil that will work for me

The Flex stock helps but dont think it's going to kick like a 20 ga.  My 12 ga. Encore with the flex stock makes my teeth rattle with the winchester Dual Bonds. That is what shot the best in my shotgun.

well i got the flex stock yes it does help a lot but i think that my 870 kicks less i still need to scope the encore that will help
