I haven't unpacked them or seen them for a while so I can't remember the brand. It
seems they are made in southern Oregon. They set up in a standard Rock Chucker
press. The first die punches through the length of the case, removing the rim and
adding a tiny bit of length. Then you insert a short length (I have an adjustable
lead cutter) of pencil lead like fishermen use. Then you use the other die to form the
front of the case to a hollow point. Mine run about 50 grains in weight. They are death
on sage rats and seem pretty accurate in my 223 Handi. I keep a coffee can full and
the die set for the SHTF scenario should it occur. I will post a brand name if I have a
sudden flash of memory.

Many poor famliys only had one rifle 100 years ago,,,

A 44-40 ,32-40, or a 32-20 were comon  choises...So   I think a .357, 30-30 or 44 might work..  And a 12 shotgun barrel...
Is it cheating to say first choice would be a 308 with a adaptor to shoot 32 acp?

If the reason was, no $ I could shoot cast bullets -- or get Mil. surplus.                                            Dan

20ga tracker 1 barrel threaded for choke tubes. Delaware is a shotgun state so my 5 other barrels wild be a 12 GA ported deluxe slug,12&20 topper deluxe classic barrels and a 16 GA for nostalgia sake.
PROUD REDNECK CONSERVATIVE

I'd much rather be remembered for being a great shot than having the most expensive gun
