Does anybody have ant experiance with the Hicks Ruger #1 Accurizer?

Does anybody use the Hicks #1 Accurizer?  Sounds interesting easy way to squeeze as much accuracy you can out of the Ruger #1, #3 Platform.

Never used the device but have used the technique implemented by drilling and tapping a hole in the forearm hanger itself.. Worked pretty good. Sometimes better than others..
