At one time my Dad had 5 Interarms Mk. 10's.  From 22-250 to 375 H&H.  My favorite was a Mannlicher stocked 270 with adjustable set triggers.  You could almost stack them on top of each other.......

If you look at mark 10 actions, the date of production will be stamped on the rear receiver ring. I beleive on the side the plugs for the receiver sight are.

My date of production numbers (found on the rear receiver ring of my Mark X 7mm Rem Mag)  say:  0673 ....and the front receiver ring has another number B56363 8/8.  So wud u say mine was made 6/1973?

I own a 1973  Mark X  7mm Rem Mag and like it better than any other rifle I have owned.  It is beautiful, smooth, and accurate.  I never come home without venison if anything is visible at any distance.  Everyone I have ever hunted with greatly admires this rifle.  I do not sit in a stand to hunt much but run around with this and do not find it too heavy, but then, I am an outdoorsman all my life here in Montana, as well as Wyoming and I still work hard most days in the great outdoors.

I bought a rifled action only many years back in 25-06. I bought a Bell & Carson stock, bedded the action and added a Timmey trigger and the results was one of the best guns I ever had.

After hunting with it for many years one of my hunting partners convinced me he should have it. He developed a bum shoulder and needed a lighter recoiling rig than the 300 RUM he was using.

That gun was a tack driver with 100 grain bullets of any sort and would shoot them to same point of aim. It was 1/2 moa gun! I probably should not have sold it, but you can always get another "good" gun, but friends are a little harder to come by.
