Which zones are the best for moose hunting? I'm about to fill out my Maine moose hunt lottery application and thought I'd solicite your help. Thanks in advance!

I apply for zones 3, 6, 2, 5, 1 in that order. But, I live in zone 3 so I know these areas extremely well. I believe zone 11 has the lowest success rate.

Aroostook County is swelling with moose, I know it because I live here...I never fully checked the zones this year, but anywhere's in aroostook county is a good bet (Aroostook COunty=Northern Maine!!!)

Alright, I'll say 2,3, and 6...

Zone 6 has Ashland, where there are some big moose....If you wanted to go west some, I've heard Jackman has osme pretty good moose...Not sure of their zone number
