Obviously this is old news; some of those listed aren't even still in the Congress.  Anyway, not to excuse any of the bastages, but sometimes, or most of the time bills come up and usually have things in them that almost anyone would vote for, but those desirabale things come with some real stinkers that are thrown in to either pollute the original intent, or to try to sneak something through. 

Of course that's old news too.
