This should make a nice stock

I finally found a nice piece of walnut with the correct grain flow for a handi stock for my 375 JDJ.  The good part is that there is more than enough to be able to make a forend from the same piece of wood.

Real nice looking peice of wood.  Like to see a pic when you are done.  Might have enough left to make a couple handgun grips for a S/A or a 1911.

Very pretty. Be careful of the grain running across the neck in front of the pistol grip. I see now. Good luck. eddie

That should make a BEAUTIFUL stock! That's nice wood.  ;) ;)
