45 Colt Barrel w/ Williams Peep

Saw ad for Buffalo Classic 45 colt barrel w/ Williams peep sight for $160. I have 2 questions:
Is this a decent price?
Can this be safely fitted to a SB1 frame?

I would say, if you like/can use, the Williams sight, I think it's a fair deal.
