.45-70 Barrel Band
« on: November 10, 2009, 12:09:02 PM »
Does anyone know the part number for the Uncle Mike's .45-70 Handi Rifle barrel band & swivel set up?  I don't want to put a swivel stud in my new walnut foreend.

I don't have a # but if it helps I could pull mine off and get you some measurements.

Would that be a lot of trouble?

I didn't think it would be... but whoever installed it must have used locktite and I can't get the screw to turn. With my caliper my barrel measures .870 before the band and .865 after it. Hope that helps.

It's a shotgun barrel band, if that helps.
