Buffalo Classic Front sight inserts

Bought a used Buffalo Classic that did not come with the front sight inserts. Where is the best place to get them?

Is this what I am looking for?

Those are what you are looking for. I have been told by many that are far more experienced than I am that the Shaver inserts are the best. The ones in your link look exactly like what came with my BC.

Anyone know where brass ones could be found?  I painted mine with gold model paint and it sure helped with visibility.

The link originally posted is for the OEM inserts, and there are other styles (shapes and sizes) too.

You new fellas would do well for yourselves to spend some more time in the FAQs and Help sticky, the path you're on is well worn, take advantage of those who have traveled it before you. The Lee Shaver set that BA sells is what many here use as an alternative to the Lyman set.
