Woke up to a fresh blanket of the white stuff this morning in MN.  That'll get the deer moving...

This is about the earliest I can remember in my almost 38 years.

We got a bit under an inch too. All I want to do now is move South. I hate this.

The argument in Minnesota is that it is warming. The glaciers of the last ice age just receded about 10,000 years ago, so it's a lot warmer today than it was then. That's Minnesota global warming. A  pack of wooly mammoths just walked though my back yard for cryin' out loud! Maybe the next ice age is sooner than we thought.

We have had two snowfalls already, 1 to 2 inches each.  They both melted and went away the next day.  For today they are predicting temp in the 60s.  What gives, this is North Pole, Alaska.  We should have snow on the ground and temps hovering around zero. 

I have a Moose hunt scheduled in three weeks and I need at least a foot of snow, and two rivers froze over to get into the area.

My SIL lives in Rockford ILL and said it snowed like crazy today, but it melted quickly. She said it had never snowed there this early in the year. POWDERMAN.  :o :o

OK, OK, Guys send it back where it belongs.  Here we are in the 60s today, and calling for the 60s again tomorrow.  I need that snow up here where it belongs.  I'm tired of mowing grass and raking leaves.  It's 60 degrees too warm here.  I need snow and freezing temps to freeze the rivers.

 :-\ We had a about 6 inches of the stuff the first of Oct. It was the opener of deer season in this area. My pal got lost twice because of the heavy snow :-\ :-X :-[ Since then we have had mostly snow, with some rain. Today and supposedly for the next week the hight 50's and sunshine. ::) :o We"ll see! :-\
