I know that I can cut down my hammer, but my question is will one of the older, lower profile hammers work? I know at some time have read something about this, but for the life of me can't find what I am looking for. Th FAQ's are strictly trimming them to lower, and I would like to use a lower profile from the older H&R's if possible. This is a feature, I really don't like.
