WTB custom holster.

 I am looking for a cavalry style flap holster for a T/C contender with a 10" barrel.
It does not need to have the leather plug at the bottom but I would like to have the flap and have it ride butt forward.  Anyone making one for black powder guns could easily moake one for the T/C it just needs to be a little thicker in the body.  The length seems about right.
I hunt in Idaho on horse back and want to carry my 45/410 T/C.  The 410 I think will work well for Grouse.  They sure are tasty with a little butter and sage in the frying pan.  Then again after a day on the mountain and having had Dinty Moore beef stew for lunch, anything would taste good.

I thought this forum had died and gone to heaven, it's been so long since I saw activity on it.

It shouldn't be a problem at all if you can find someone in your area who does leatherwork. If you weren't so far away I would tell you to bring the gun by and we could get something built.

 El Paso, TX  El Paso saddlery makes the exact holster i had one made for a 10"
ruger black hawk even had CSA stamped on the flap. They can make you any holster.
don't have the # try 411

check out the cowboy action shooting sites they have custom leather ads all the time in their magazine . SASS.com or something , try a serch
