reduced loads in the 45-70

i was shooting a 250grain pp bullet in my 45-70 but lost the load data i had it was discussed on one of the forms here i cant remember witch one any help. i think it was 2400 are unique powder

I use 10 grains of unique, with a small wad of dacron fiber to keep the powder near the primer. 350 gr. lead bullet.
some say the use of dacron is not good, i have not had any problems.

Ive had good luck with 142gr Hornaday swaged lead round ball (.457) over 19gr of pyrodex useing large rifle primer, no filler as I dident have any, has been plain evil on rabbits.

I have been playing with light loads of Bullseye.  I use a small amount of toilet paper to keep the powder by the primer.  Latest tries have been with a 450 grain bullet.  Very little noise, but the bullet goes through a 2x6.  Here is an article on the subject.
