Begara 223 barrel no fit

I have a new 223 Begara barrel barrel that fits my from and pin ok but has side to side play scope move about an 1/8 of and inch each direction.  I am returning it.  Has any one else had this problem and is there any other solution than sending the fram to Begara for barrel fitting.

Does it have play when its locked up with a shell in it? Mine was like that too but after adding a 1X hinge pin and putting two small strips of aluminum tape on the inside of the frame it locks up tight now. Mine does have a tiny amount of play when its open, is that what you are talking about?
