I am not using a 454 Casull, but a Smith & Wesson 500 and a BFR is S&W500 and I have red dots on them. I have a Bushnell Holo sight on my Smith & Wesson 500 with over 200 rounds of 440 gr. full loads. Not one problem. I have an Ultra Dot on my BFR in S&W500 and have well over 300 rounds of full load 440 gr. rounds through it. Again not one problem. I had a Millet on my Super Ruger Redhawk and blew it out after 10 rounds, but got it replaced from Millet and it is still holding up. I don't know about the c-more railway sight. If it does not work try one of the ones I listed above, they worked for me. As far as Tasco I have a Pro Point on my Redhawk in 44MAG and have well over 1500 rounds through it and have had not problems. Also consider Aim Point.

Just make sure you stay away from the BSA red dot garbage out there.  I had one many moons ago that came screwed up brand new, and wouldn't even zero on a 1911.  Needless to say, I have long since learned the value of buying quality optics.  I've had good luck with Leupold and the higher end Bushnell optics.  Good luck!
The intruder turns around slowly, sees both barrels, and hears a low-deep voice say "Son, the left one's iron and the right one's steel, if the left one don't get you, the right one will"

I cracked the front lens on my first Milllet sight on my SRH 44 mag.
When mounting the second I was carefull to keep  the ring away from the lens...no more problems with well over 500 heavy loads.

The Holo sight would not have this concern.

Good Luck
