I need the thread size and length of the screws used for the standard rifle forearms. I bought a forearm used and it didnt come with any. My barrel should be here this week and I want to take it to the range this weekend. A picture along with measurements would be awesome. I am going to try and find them at my local hardware store. Thanks!!!! Jared

Thread is 10-32.    Can't tell you length - don't use factory wood.    Decades ago I bought a selection of machine cap screws and just cut them to length as I need them.
Evolution at work. Over two million years ago the genus Homo had small cranial capacity and thick skin to protect them from their environment. One species has evolved into obese cranial fatheads with thin skin in comparison that whines about anything and everything as their shield against their environment. Meus

Depending on foreend type they can be 10-32 x 1/2" up to 10-32 x 3/4" and most I've seen from the factory would be blued Filister head. I use Allen head and have them if you can't find them.

As I understand it, Contenders & G2s use 10x32 and Encores use 8x40 screws.
