barrel weight between hornets?

I have a simple question  for someone who knows.  Being a handiholic  I have been kicking around getting a hornet and am wondering if the superlight has a lighter barrel or if the weight difference is in barrel length and stock.  I am sure some other addict has the know.  Thanks in advance. :-\

Stocks and frames are the same given an apples to apples comparison, stock weights are listed in the FAQs, the Superlight contour isn't just 2" shorter, it has a much slimmer profile, my 243 SL barrel weighs a little less than 3lbs, the Hornet will weight slightly more due the smaller bore.

I guess that means I would prefer to go with the  longer heavier barrel. :)
