Basically out of a handgun it does what a 22 magnum does from a rifle.  I have thought it would make a nice short range varmint rifle and it would.   To get one in a Handi the easiest and cheapest way would be to rechamber the problem is it wont clean up a 22 hornet chamber, so you would be stuck using a rimfire barrel, which isnt the same steel as the centerfire rifles which might actually be a problem.  Or you could have a stub done which would run you $300 plus the cost of the rifle.

Having said that, it doesnt have anything over the 22 hornet.....other than price according to Midway.  5.7x28 looks to be cheaper with 40gr V-Max ammo.
