That don't look right for a maximum. Picture isn't all that great, but it don't look like a straight wall rimmed reamer to me. ::)

You can buy a brand spanking new one from Clymer for $70, and it will be sharp and not abused. Or you can rent one from 4D for about $30 including shipping both ways.
