I have had best luck with Winchester Supreme 55gr. More or less groups around 2" at 100 if the moon and stars are correctly aligned. It hates Hornady 58gr, groups 8" plus with those.

My 243 Ultra seems to like a Federal 80 grain load,  I usually go to 100 grain for deer, but 75 to 80 grain seems to work great for 'yotes.  It'll do for p-dogs but it's a bit pricey for that.
Will that bow kill an elk?     Sure.....but arrows are much more effective.

Remingtons 80 gr. Power Lokt Hollow Point shoots best out of my H&R Ultra and most of the guys around here who take their kids out for their "first deer" also shoot this same bullet with excellent results.

I have shot a couple of boxes of the Nosler 70gr Ballistic tips in front of Brigadier 4351 powder. Handloaded of coarse.
Violent expansion at + 3200fps. Not to mention very very good accuracy!!!

I shot about 6 pigeons from across a field one day before the covey smartened up and flew away. Hysterical to watch, a friend and I where in stitches. The foray started with him picking one off a fence post in an incredable eruption of feathers. Then we continued, taking turns on the remaining birds on the ground. We likely would have gotten more, but the laughter was effecting our accuracy. Two or three misses and they skedaddled right quick!! The birds where a good 275-300 yards distant.
