Ultra varmint bipod
« on: November 24, 2008, 01:46:30 PM »
I recently bought my first NEF and was wondering what is eveyones favorite bipod for the bulky synthetic stock. What fits good? I want to use it sitting. Any ideas or pics of your set up? Oh yeah it is an ultra varmint .223 if that helps. It also has the adjustable lug on the forearm.

I use a caldwell bipod,Had a couple of the harris knockoffs finally lucked into the caldwell. I has pivot, and tilt, also is much lighter than the others I tried. Seems to fit the adjustable forend better. It is a sitting model don't remember the size, but it is very comfortable sitting.
