BTW that is actually over 2700 MPH!!!!
But you have to aim it at a 33.3 degree upward angle for it to go the full 2700 miles.

Yer gonna love it if it's as accurate as my Model Seven Predator. The round truly performs fantastically. I found that inside 300 yards you just put the cross hair on and squeeze the trigger and it's a dead PD unless the wind is really kicking it up. That little 20 grain bullet needed to gain 4000 fps is really light and the wind can play havoc with it at longer ranges.
If the wind is calm (is it ever calm when shooting prairie dogs? ) then 400-450 should be do able with the round I suspect. I was really never able to find out as the wind was just too high when I was where I could shoot that far so I generally used my M700 SPS .22-250 as it bucked the wind better.
Even so at one spot the wind was so high and the range so long I held two mil dots over and as many as three dots into the wind and still had the bullets blown past one. I never did get him as I never got the hold right for both wind and distance at the same time. I came so close several times but just never got it right and finally decided he deserved to live after standing their so patiently waiting on me to get it right for so long.
