7-08 finally got blood

I have had my 7-08 for about 3 years and never could get it to shoot good until i started doing all the little tricks. Well i finally hand loaded up some 140gr Barnes TSX bullets and went hog hunting this past weekend. Come sunday morning i had killed three hogs worked perfect and the Barnes TSX's didn't mess around either a very hard core bullet. It has taken longer than what it should but my little rifle finaly got blood.

Congrats, My name is Robert and I'm from Crossville Tn. I just moved here from Mi I've done a lot of hunting but no hogs. are you from Tn. Im looking to get with someone to show me the ropes.

4wheelin, you done good! We're starting to hear about monster hogs up here in the Frozen North . . . smoked ham, pork roast, season open all year and the DNR wants us to shoot any hog we see. I just hope I have something more potent than birdshot in the chamber if I cross paths with one of those.
