I was out trolling a couple of wedding bands for trout-right on top,no weight except for a big barrel swivel, with my two rods in my PVC rod holders when I somehow managed to catch the reel handle with my oar and flip it overboard[never done THAT before]so, as I watched it sinking out of sight in 60' of water, I wondered if I could cross my lines and foul hook it[done THAT lots of times]so I did a 180 sharp turn, crossed my gear and lo and behold-I see some tension coming on the line and SLOWLY,CAREFULLY, reeled in my ''lost'' rod, with just the two hooks caught together, first time I've been happy to untangle my gear .....and here I was thinking that now I had a good excuse to buy another one.....
