wife came home with a puppy. a very well bred german shorthair that the owner gave her because he is tired of pups, six sold and #7 didnt. very good background on the parents. a few years back i was looking for a gsp pup from good lines, but couldnt find anything within 3 states. i ended up with an english setter that is the best bird dog ever, but his personality and mine are off. this pup fits me perfect. hopefully he will hunt as well as the setter. time to start buying quail again.
