.45-70 Whitetail Unlimited Handi

I just saw a really nice .45-70 Handi at the local Gander Mountain.  It is a 1997 or '98 Whitetail Unlimited edition in really great condition with a checkered (walnut?) stock for $199.  Is that a good price?  If I were to get it, I would have to get rid of my current .45-70 Handi.

That's not a bad price, the only caveat is it's a pre '99 so H&R won't fit  * marked accessory barrels if you had that in mind.
