Turkey call
« on: March 25, 2008, 01:15:22 PM »
Well I bought a turkey diaphragm call the other day at wal-mart and man does this thing stink. (it could just be me) It was a Primos Sonicdome double reed. So when i left the store and got out to the car, i opened it and tried it. I was real disappointed. So i went back in wal-mart and got a H.S. Strut E-Z Rasp diaphragm call and it sounded real good. If anybody has bought or tried the Primos let me know what you think about it, it might just be me but i didnt like it. Thanks

Move your tongue towards the rear of the latex and away from the cuts. Blow more short hard burst of air. That's how I get mine to sound better.
The sportsman lives his life vicariously. For he secretly yearns to have lived before, in a simpler time. A time when his love for the land, water, fish and wildlife would be more than just part of his life. It would be his state of mind
