I took a couple of shots with a 375 H&H today!! It is like upgrading from a 1600cc 4cylinder car to
a serious V8. Not too much of kick, just a good push!
I am in love!! It think my Swede must get a big brother.

I had one for a couple of years - a 550 American Safari .375.  It's the best value available, in a Magnum Mauser .375 H&H rifle - bar none.

I bought mine new for $825, after not even being able to find a decent Model 70 .375 - at any price.

I really liked the second recoil lug I found, when I took the stock off - and the overall workmanship.

The only thing I had to do to it was remove the forward sling swivel eye from the forend, fill the hole with an inlaid cartridge head, and install a barrel band swivel Q.D. - all to keep my skin from getting ripped up.

I own the CZ lott. Those CZ rifles are something else. Mine is real accurate too!!!

Also have the lott in 550.  Those CZ american safaris are great rifles! 

Before I got the lott, I was actually considering the .375 ultra mag... when I have some extra money, I might consider it again!
