Link to Handi-Rifle Manual ??

Hi All - Newbe with a question.

Is the link to the owners manual in the FAQ dead or is it me?

I just got a 2004 vintage 45-70 Handi and was interested in a parts list /part number list.

Not any more, works now!!   The Owner's manuals can be found on H&R's Customer Service page which they recently changed the URL on, that's why it didn't work.

Dunno if I'd call a 2004 model "vintage" unless that's a PC word for used or 2nd hand, that would make about half of my 41 H&Rs "vintage"!!   The current manual only shows ejector parts, you have to look at the Pardner to see those with the exception of the claw itself.

Thanks for fixing the link. Got the info I wanted.

Yes, I got it used. (slightly)  three shells fired from a box of Rem factory ammo that came with it.

I paid $200 - seemed like a good deal to me. Hope to test fire after the rain stops and the road to the range dries out.

Sounds like a good buy to me, and most likely being and ejector, a better choice than a new one!! And look at it this way, they partially broke it in for ya, at the price of ammo now days, that's gotta count!!
