loose screws...

I have shot the new to me 475 a couple hundred times at most with a variety of loads, factory and handloads... tonite I replaced the rear sight and while handling the gun, I decided to check the screws.. all were loose except the ejector rod housing screw... I admit I don't recall checking this when it arrived, but the following questions arise :
1. if the screws are all loose : really loose grip frame screws, trigger guard screw could that affect the accuracy at even 30 yards, I was having trouble with the offhand shooting of a six inch target and felt really inconsistent, and thought it was the express sights that gave me insuffficient reference points.
2.  is it possible the gun screws shot loose in so few shots ?
3.  I tightened all fairly snug with a regular screw driver for now... should I check them each trip after shooting ?
Thanks to all..  the sight screws were tight, though.

Loose screws happen. Regularly and more regularly the more recoil. I loctite them with blue loctite but even then check them before and during EVERY firing session. As I said loose screws happen.

It`s one screw I really don`t want to loosen - and that`s the ejector rod housing screw. Therefor I "locktite" it.
All others - do I check after each shooting.

I don`t want to "locktite" them because I clean the gun often and change trigger-springs some times within a year (one for hunting and one for competition).

       I once bought a NIB revolver that had (5) loose screws.
For shake loose screws I've only used a dab of my wife's clear fingernail polish on the tip of the screw threads.   The screws break lose easily when its necessary. 

Reason I use it is because I always forget to buy some blue locktite.

I often used clear finger nail polish but did not want to offer that... all I can find right now is some pink looking polish... and I just don't feel right about it...LOL
a few folks have said I have a loose screw or two....but I don't understand how they could tell..

I shot the gun with tightened screws and a different rear sight and was very satisfied... not surprised. just satisfied..
I assume there is no specification for torquing the screws on the grip frame or the trigger guard ? I would not want to stick them down if there is a best tightness or if they should be the same tightness on each of the left and right screws holding the grip to the main frame.
