Canadian ban on meat - includes heads to be mounted?
« on: August 15, 2003, 05:02:49 PM »
Forgive me for sounding stupid as I am new to hunting. I have a hunt scheduled in a few weeks in Manitoba and this whole meat ban issue has me worried. Can I bring back the head? I don't mean just the antlers. I want the entire head so I can mount it? I cannot find anything on this. Can anyone help? I am using it for personal use and have never gotten the 'big buck'.

The ban on wild hunter shot game has been lifted. Check my reply and link on the similar thread in this forum started by Fred aka HappyHunter for more info.
