From the rifles I have seen, there seems to be no standard height for the front sight. Each rifle is an individual, and is sighted as such by the factory. There is a number stamped under the front sight insert, and that is the only basis to judge the height from. It's a educated guess to change the height.
I am not familiar with the Williams set up, so I don't know if it's practical to make them work, but with enough effort, and skill, just about anything can be made to work. I would contact Williams to get that question answered.
