Lloyd,probably you have a good idea!You advised me to try this bullet,so now I need a mold.I need a .452" X 325 grain Keith mold,double cavity at least!Thanks all,Jeff,276-783-9746.

RCBS makes what is nominally marked a 300 gr SWC gc mold, that drops in the 310+ range from ww's.  Other then that, you can get Mountain Molds to make you one for a very reasonable price on a custom mold.

my mold is an lbt and good news there back making molds. The rcbs mold that was refered to you is another great one. The lbt is a plain  and the rcbs is a gas check these are my two favorite bullets in the .45 colt. Lyman also makes one that I havent tried that is listed as a 300 gc.
