Adjusting the Howa factory trigger ??

I just shot my new .308 heavy bbl. action that I mounted in a Hogue aluminum bedded stock for the first time yesterday.  I don't have a trigger weight gauge, but this one needs adjusted down.  Can anyone tell me how to adjust this trigger and save me some trial and error?  Thanks.

Hey dmills, I have a few Howa's, and I can help you adjust the trigger, it's not hard. If you can wait a little while I will get back to you , I am leaving this weekend on vacation for two weeks, sorry!   Let me know if you want me to get back to. Bob, boprpsa

Hey Bob, thanks for the reply.  I adjusted myself last night.  It was easy.  I will want to put a gauge on it to check, but it feels much better now.  Thanks. Don.
