Contenders and Leverrevolution ammo (45/70)

I just bought my first Contender in 45/70. I have a Marlin 1895 so I already have an assortment on 45/70 ammo and reloading supplies. I wanted to know if anyone knew the pressure rating of the Leverrevolution ammo and if it's safe to use in a Contender?  I know the Remmington 405 are safe for trapdoor levels and I can handload for it but I really like the design and accuracy of the Leverrevolution ammo. There is no CUP rating on Hornady's site.

With over 3000 fpe at the muzzle there is no way it is Trapdoor-level ammunition.  Even if it was safe, the recoil would be brutal in a Contender.

I have been told that we, reloaders, will be out of luck if we want to reload this bullet.  Hornaday is not making it availalble for reloading.  Anyone else hear that?    ???

I spoke with Hornady today and was told the Leverlution ammo is safe for Contenders. It is loaded to trapdoor pressure levels but they don't recommend using it in older guns.
