has anyone here heard anything about the new BSA sweet .223?  My dad has the sweet .17 for his hmr and really likes it.  I see you can adjust for bullet weight.  I can't find it on their website, but here it is at midway.

They have 2 of them on e-bay if its any thing like the sweet 17 i wouldnt want 1 i had HIGH expectations  for this sweet 17 and i dont like it 1 bit i would get a better quality scope than these SWEET scopes   my lenses are foggey out to the edge  and the built in compansator  does not work so u might look in another deriction would not like to c any 1 spend money on a scope and not like it like me i put out 75 bucks for my scope and dont like it at all so u might think again about going this way just giveing u heads up on these SWeet scope

That's the first bad report on the Sweet 17 scope I recollect,  Sourdough has one on his 17hmr Sportster and loves it, as do hundreds of BSA owners at RFC. If ya got a bad one, contact BSA and get it replaced, don't just bash it, they have excellent CS from all reports. Have you contacted them backstrap?? ???

No quick i have not got ahold of BSA on the scope bought it off ebay and it was brand new i thought i would like the scope after hearing so much good about them i have it dead on at a 100 yards moved back to 200 yards turned the turet to 200 wouldnt hit the target so i just shot the littl pop bottle filled with whater with it on a 100 mine is a 6-18-40 and the higher u turn it up the blurrer it gets i will just stick with the cheap o tasco 3-9-40 i have on my 22mag and my other 17HMR
