They might be, they don't make em any more, I ordered one a month ago, they had a few left, but they're out of the spacers. :'(

It requires some fitting to align the pin holes to the frame, but nothing most folks can't do at home, just a little filing in one spot. Of course, if you're ordering a barrel or three at the time, they will install it for ya. It's a great time to order a stock set, then ya only need to send em the frame and no stock, the 1½lb frame is pretty cheap to ship, even insured. ;)

any idea how much it was? my gun has to go back to the factory and I don't really like the plastic bits.

Price and part number is in the FAQs, it's about $40 plus shipping.
