Any info on the following models would be greatly appreciated.  I'm interested in buying one of these models for my wife.  Target practice and home protection.

We have 2 605s that get carried every day. Wifes is blued and mine is stainless both are Good guns no problems at all. Also have a 731 (32 mag) that hasn't seen enough rounds to have an much opinion about yet looks good so far.The wife carries in her pocket and I carry in a hip holster.they are small enough they pretty much disappear with a little care.
