heres how it went.planted 8 birds booker only busted one point.we went 6 for 8.
now the 223 report.american eagle 55fmj ok.bigjeepmans load .421 at 50 yds.
dont think this is bad for weather 21 degrees 10-15 cross wind.plus these
are my first reloads.had 2 hang fires with the american eagles.this was a great
day as far as i am conserend.223 shot off bipod front swivel no other mods.
stimply32 loads are next. THANKS to all who have answered my STUPID questions.
it has paid off.

Sounds like you got a good start flitz .... try stimpylu32's loads and see what they do. Then try them both again on another day after you have fired multiple factory rounds through your .223. I really felt mine started "settling down" after 40 to 50 rounds through it. Those were not exactly ideal conditions you were testing under but you are like the rest of us ... you want to get out there and shoot or hunt.

What kinda pup? How old? 6 outa 8 for a young dog is excellent. My dog is 2 1/2, he did an outstanding job this year (pointing), but we really need to work on retrieving...

germanshorthair now hes about 11 mo.retrieves to the hand.gonna be a good one
