How do you all clean your sharpening stones? I've got a Lansky set up and my stones are starting to get clogged.

Thanks for the help!!  :-)

The best thing I've found for cleaning stones is plain ol kerosene.  Let the stone soak in the stuff for about 20 minutes, then scrub with a wire brush.  In the case of stones as small as the Lansky's one of those stiff, wire "toothbrush" things used to work for me when I had a Lansky.

A scouring powder called Barkeeper's Friend and hot water works pretty good too. Grocery stores carry it around here. :D
