H&R Customer Service
« on: February 07, 2007, 05:07:35 AM »
Know it's been discussed before but these people are really nice. They are very busy right now but once you get through you have their full attention. The extractor on my 30-06 stopped working. Took the barrel off and the pin on the lug fell out. Compared it to my 45/70 barrel, also an extractor, and the cam holding the pin was only half there. Think it was like that when I bought it but being my first extractor barrel didn't know it was wrong. Rather than me sending the rifle back to them they are sending the part to me today. Nice helpfull folks!

They are great folks to deal with...They are some of the best....and there are a-lot of bigger companies that can take lessons from how NEF does things...

I'm glad they got you taken care of...and so quickly

Dillohide, you have discovered one of the secrets of the success of H&R/NEF, those wonderful people that work at CS. Without them there would be meny less sales and not nearly as many satisfied and REPEAT customers that there are now. They are the best and area a real asset to the company. I just ordered some parts a couple of days ago and as usual they were more than helpful and pleasant....<><.... :)
