Blue Book: TIKKA Whitetail & Savage Scout

Does anyone have the bluebook on :
1. TIKKA Whitetail, excellent condition, 3006, blued, woodstock (no scope)

2. Savage Scout, 308, very good - excellent, no scope.  

Also, can are prices very negotiable with minor custom work (new trigger, recoil pads, etc., or are these "extras" usually not considered.

:  Tikka whitetail hunter 100% $525 / 98% $450 / 95% $385 and for the Savage scout 100% $450 / 98% $400 / 95% $360.  The options you listed would only have an appeal if the buyer was interested in them, sometimes the modification of a rifle will detract from the original value, so its a buyer beware on those as you dont know who did the modifing, hope this has been of some help.   JIM
