Even if it were true, what could it mean? I've read that there was some slop with the investigation, but they got McVeigh with a motive, a means, and a link to the crime scene. If this video was shot on the day of the bombing, and it was verified by more than one expert (Dr. Blomgren is a speech pathologist, not a forensic scientist in this area), then it would be something.

It simply raises the question, Why was he being trained in demolitions by our
government a year after he was supposed to be out of the military?
I have always thought that there was a whole lot more to what happened in
OKC. One simple reason, They erased the crime scene far too quickly (Destroyed evidence
that is) I know there was  a safety factor here of a damaged building being a public hazzard,
but it still seemed way to fast..
