Hey Jeeper1, There are some drawings of cannons like that here http://www.handgonnes.com/id75.html That is a medieval cannon. I just bought the book they came out of off of Epay. It should be here soon. hope this helps.

That is a neat piece.  Looks like it has the stave/band forged barrel.  It is very similar to the one a copied(Burgundiamn howitzer).  Where is it?

Boy Howdy, that's about as real as it gets. When I was in the Asia-Pacific arena a few years back I saw quite a few of these "Gadgets".
