testing water for a 444 chamber tool rental

i got a 444 clymer chamber tool ........i know others have rented on here......did they charge a holding fee ttill they got the remer back.....how did they do it....how many can you chamber before its worn out....its only been used once be me.....how much was the renal???anyone wanting a 444 ?jb

You can check prices and deposit info at 4D. I thought about buying a .44mag barrel and reaming it, but with their oversize bores and 1:38" twist, I won't spend the time and money. H&R will offer the .444 Marlin again next year, it should have a 1:20" twist rate just as the current Marlin offering does.

thank guys im sure ill be giving them some of my buissnesss after the CHRISTmas bills go away..........quick if you chage your mind and want a 444 before they come out let me know........i had to buy a 243 sb2 gun and have a 06 barrel built because i got tired of waiting for the 3006 to finaaly become out......this was seveal years ago when the hi powers were first coming out ...........thanks again both of you .jb
