SHoulder holster and grips
« on: November 07, 2006, 02:30:08 PM »
I want to find a shoulder holster for my Model 28 S&W N frame.  I would also like some better grips. Does anyone have some info for me.   Ron

For about 3 weeks I carried a S&W M28 in a shoulder holster, hated the thing and stopped using it.

Fianlly tried one of the models by Safariland or Bianchi (too many years since I borrowed the rig) it was okay.

Choose from the better makers, Galco used to make a good looking one.

As for grips, what do you have and waht don't you like about them?

The grips that is on the pistol are a after market type that has a rise for your thumb to set in. The rise was altered to use for my Grandfather. I want to keep the grips because they were altered by him but they are not comfortable. I am starting to think about Pacmyer Decelerator.   Ron
