Congrats on the rifle. My brother owns a CZ 550 American in the same caliber. I bought him five boxes of the Prvi Partizan ammo from Grafs about a year ago. First off, that load in a 24 inch barrel develops 2,263 feet per second velocity. Take the normal 25 feet per second average off per inch for a shorter barrel and you will probably be getting about 2,188 feet per second. That is giving you a muzzle energy of about 3,030 foot pounds of energy. That is a very low-level load for the 9.3x52. You can probably load down to get the same velocity. The Prvi Partizan ammo should be enough to take any trophy you wish to take in the lower 48. It sounds like you are getting good groups with the ammunition. A fellow on another sight uses Ramshot Big Game powder, Lapua brass, 286 Nosler Partitions to get one-hole groups with a chronographed 2,450 feet per second velocity from a CZ 550 American. That would be a thumper, on both ends. Good luck with your rifle. Tom Purdom
